Legendary Survivor
Hey everyone,
I have been thinking of starting a Legendary Survivor character as something to do when I finish Nightfall with my Elementalist. I was wondering, what class is usually succesful when going for it? I really don't want to do any soloing builds for this, I just want to go with the H/H quest and farm exp set up. (Heroes: 1 MM, 2 damages, all X/R. Henchies: prot+heal henchies and 2 tanks/1 tank+1 melee) |

I got LS on my Ranger, but it's possible with any class I would almost say. Granted with a Warrior or a Dervish the chances might not be as high as those with a caster.
I was able to get Survivor (2) on my Ritualist even but then the lag got the better of me. Good thing to do is every quest you can get your hands on and then even when you reach lvl 10.. to go to GWEN and quest there a bit. Some of those quest.. even the starting on there gives you 10K XP .. so that's a nice boost there.. Don't forget to take scrolls with you. Good luck on your Survivor, Rexion. Tyr |

I got LS on my monk and lvl 2 on my rit.
I did it like you plan to do, H/H doing missions and quests from every chapter and capped about 20 skills. Just make sure to think things out you don't want to pull 2-3 groups at once XD. Oh and in NF and Factions look out for the ele bosses... I remember an ele boss outside HzH that killed my whole party in 2 hits lucky for me I had prot. |

I would go with a Paragon as Earth said just cause of ranged attacks of a spear and having the armor of a warrior is ftw. Just be careful not to overagro and you should be fine with any class. Oh and f12+enter if you think you are going to die. |

thanks for all the tips everyone! i think i might go with P/R and have a pet just for an extra bit of help.
What type of build should I go with that includes 6 paragon skills and the 2 necessary pet skills (charm + rez)?? Quote:
EDIT: nevermind. lol that is actually good advise! thanks, i would never have thought of that. Last edited by Rexion; Jan 05, 2008 at 07:22 PM // 19:22.. |

You'll have a bigger chance of surviving if you go P/W with TNTF and Save Yourselves.

Actually, I've heard that going to the guild hall when you're close to dying is safer. Sometimes, due to lag, when you hit F12 you still stay logged in for a few seconds. I've lost my survivor because of that.
